Chef Tim Massad will provide a gourmet dinner for up to 12 people at your home, with appetizers for the cocktail hour followed by a delicious three course meal, the menu to be agreed upon with you. You supply the wine (or other beverages) and one dishwasher/assistant. Chef will do the rest. Although not by trade, Tim is professionally trained in the U.S. and France and cooking has been his passion for many years. Many from St. Columba’s have enjoyed his cooking. Menu possibilities include: homemade (hand-rolled) pasta dishes for a first course (such as agnolotti with veal and pork, or ravioli with ricotta and swiss chard), followed by fish (salmon roasted on a cedar plank with a port wine sauce) or beef (a speciality is short-ribs cooked sous-vide for 60 hours so they are meltingly tender). These are just examples- there are many other options. Chef especially enjoys making fancy French desserts-see photos!
